Espom Salt Bath
This is one of my favorite home remedies. Epsom salts are pure magnesium so it help muscles relax and the salt helps your body detoxify. Just two cups in a warm bath for 20 min to get rejuvenated.
You can also add milk with a little honey to help soften your skin.
Stress Reduction Bath
6 drops of basil essential oil
6 drops of rosemary oil
6 drops of chamomile oil
Add the essential oils to a hot bath. Lie back in the water and inhale hte wonderful fragrance. Soak for 20 minutes, allowing the water to cool and bring your body back to normal temperature.
Hot Lemon- Water Flush
This drink flushes all the systems of elimination, especially the kidneys, the liver and the colon. It also helps to cleanse waste from the digestive tract.
8 ounce glass of warm purified water
Juice of a 1/2 lemon
Pinch of cayenne pepper or 1 drop of cayenne tincture
