Along with stress reduction and relaxation, massage enhances blood and lymph circulation, oxygenates and removes waste from the cells, tone glands and muscles, and revitalizes the functioning of the organ systems which will improve nourishment.
Other disorders that may be helped or eliminated with massage are headaches, insomnia, digestive disorders, arthritis, asthma, carpal tunnel syndrome, sinusitis and minor aches and pains.
