To say "I think" or "I feel" is a little wishful. For the most part, our thoughts think us and our feelings feel us; we do not have much to say in the matter. The door of the mind stands open all the time, and these unpleasant mental states can pad in when they will. On the other hand, we can learn to tame these mental states. As meditation deepens, compulsions, cravings, and fits of emotion begin to lose power to dictate our behavior. Then we become master artists of our own life.
The first level of meditation you will learn how to meditate and how to develop a daily practice. The class also extends into a spiritual development that will teach you how to clear away/reorganize the aspects of life that keep you from obtaining a deep meditation.
